Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, overlooking St Chad's Church and Greengate Street. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location was right in the heart of the pedestrian shopping area. However, the dining experience had some hiccups, and the oil-covered dishes were a letdown.
The hotel offered a modern bathroom and bedroom, although the size seemed somewhat smaller than expected. The rooms were plenty big enough for our stay. The service was lovely and accommodating, especially in the bar and during breakfast. The location was brilliant, right in the center of town with excellent amenities nearby. The dining experience was one of the best we have had, with food cooked fresh to order. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel was exceptional clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly. The room was nice overall, but the very small double bed was a downside. Saturday morning breakfast was lovely, but Sunday's was terrible with various issues. Despite that, my stay was quite wonderful, and the hotel was small but well-equipped.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Stafford Town center with convenient parking available. The rooms are clean and comfy, although a bit noisy on lower floors. The service was generally good, with friendly staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The service was friendly, but there were some cleanliness issues. The location was ideal for exploring the town, right in the center with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining was delicious, although limited breakfast hours were a downside.
